After an MBA at ESSEC in France and IAE in Argentina, Ludovic de Gromard starts his career in the United Arab Emirates, in charge of the non-technical part of the launch of a manufacturing plant for SAVERGLASS - glass bottles manufacturer -, and conducts in particular 1,200 interviews in Asia and the Middle-East (India, Philippines, Sri Lanka, UAE etc.) to recruit 180 collaborators. Then he becomes COO of SAVERGLASS North America in San Francisco and studies in parallel Neuro-Linguistic Programming - applied psychology. In 2014 he launches Y Generation Education, along with Pr. Yunus as Honorary Chairman, which is an innovative education system based on artificial intelligence and personal coaching, to empower underprivileged young adults and bridge them to the corporate world. This social business start-up just partners with Google for their development and is launching pilots in Brazil and in France.
