Jean Bernou, McCain Continental Europe/Middle East and Africa Chief Executive Officer, is responsible for all McCain operations in this large zone. This covers 10 factories and a crew of more than 3 500 people. On top of his operational responsibility, Jean is leading “Be Good, Do Good”, the global CSR strategy for the company. Worldwide market leader of the frozen food potato products, McCain Foods has more than 17,000 employees and 41 production facilities on six continents.

Jean is the President of “Bon et Bien”, a social business created by McCain in partnership with the French Retailer Leclerc and Randstad, a worldwide leader in the global HR service market. “Bon et Bien” produces and commercialises soups, transforming misshaped raw material not sellable as such. The profit generated is used to bring back to employment long-term unemployed people.
