Ernesto Blanco Sandoval is the Executive Director of User Services in the Water System of Mexico City. For 20 years, he previously occupied various positions in diverse Departments of the Government of Mexico City and PEMEX Refining as Internal Controller and Adviser.

Mr. Blanco Sandoval has a degree in Law by the Universidad del Valle de México, and postgraduate studies by the Universidad Panamericana in the fields of Administrative Law and Commercial and Civil Procedure. He specialized in Public Finances when studying at the Instituto Nacional de Administración Pública.
