Justine Lerche’s passion for Social Business started in her early high school years after reading “A world without Poverty” by Professor Muhammad Yunus. After majoring in Social Entrepreneurship at the ESSEC Business School in Paris, she started her career in the retail industry, then in social entrepreneurship in the Philippines. This confirmed Justine’s willingness to serve models combining positive social and environmental impact with economic sustainability. In 2015, she became Project Manager of Grameen Veolia Water Ltd, a Social Business providing safe drinking water to rural areas of Bangladesh. In 2017, she joined Veolia India as Head of Corporate Social Responsibility, deploying the CSR strategy of Veolia group which promotes Circular Economy and innovative models for safe water access for all.
