Tobias Silberzahn

Tobias Silberzahn is a trained biochemist and immunologist and has worked in the life sciences and healthcare space for more than 15 years at a global management consultancy. The focus areas of his work have been healthcare innovation and the digital transformation of healthcare.

Currently, Tobias works as an independent advisor on healthcare innovation topics. In addition, Tobias is a Senior Fellow for BSt Gesundheit, which is part of the Bertelsmann Foundation - his work there focuses on trusted health information on the internet and social media. Furthermore, he is a Patient Ambassador for FH Europe Foundation and a member of the International Lipoprotein(a) Task Force, focusing on improving health and well-being for people affected by inherited lipid disorders. Tobias holds a PhD in immunology from King's College London and a diploma in biochemistry from Eberhard-Karls-Universität Tübingen (Germany).
