Dr. Rajendra Pratap Gupta is a globally recognized expert in Digital Health and public policy. He has worked with major multilateral organizations—including the UN, WHO, World Bank, and WEF—and invited by governments worldwide, including the U.S., U.K., Japan, and India. A former advisor to India’s Union Health Minister, he played a pivotal role in drafting landmark policies such as the National Health Policy, Education Policy, and Viksit Bharat Abhiyan.

His bestselling book Digital Health – Truly Transformational is used globally as a reference and course book. He leads three dynamic coalitions at the UN Internet Governance Forum and serves on the Board of the International Society for Telemedicine and e-Health. He also chairs the Commonwealth AI Consortium for capacity building.

Dr. Gupta was invited by the Bangladesh Prime Minister’s Office to help draft its AI policy. A World Economic Forum nominee and HIMSS Global Impact Awardee, he has authored five books and delivered 250+ talks globally.
