Frederico Fezas-Vital is a tireless leader, a catalyst for positive change, and a builder of systemic bridges in multi-stakeholder environments, immersed in the social innovation and impact ecosystem for nearly two decades. He leads the CATÓLICA-LISBON Yunus Social Innovation Center – a Center of Excellence that generates knowledge and promotes initiatives and projects in social innovation – and also serves as the Executive Director of the Pact for Mental Health in the Workplace, a coalition of organizations committed to developing and improving their policies on mental health and employee well-being.

He is an advisor, consultant, professor, trainer, and mentor in the fields of entrepreneurship, social innovation, and creative sustainability communication.
