Sheena Halder is a dedicated nurse educator with over six years of academic experience in nursing and midwifery education. She currently serves as a Lecturer at Grameen Caledonian College of Nursing, specializing in theoretical, clinical, and skills-based instruction.

Sheena holds a BSc in Nursing from Kumudini Nursing College, an MPH from Northern
University of Bangladesh, and an MSc in Nursing (Advancing Professional Practice) from Glasgow Caledonian University, UK.

She previously served as Course Coordinator for the Developing Midwives Project at BRAC University, where she contributed to curriculum design, faculty development, and training facilitation. Her expertise spans academic leadership, geriatric and dementia care, and nursing education. Through numerous professional training and workshops, she has built strong competencies in participatory teaching, qualitative research, safeguarding, gender-responsive instruction, and student mentorship. Passionate about evidence-based, student-centered learning, Sheena is committed to advancing nursing education in Bangladesh through innovation, collaboration, and capacity building.
