Nurfarini Daing is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Youth Trust Foundation since February 2011. She spearheads strategic development in social entrepreneurship and youth initiatives, personally mentoring young social innovators. Her significant contributions include fostering relationships with multiple stakeholders from the government, corporate, and academia, including facilitating the Malaysian Yunus Social Business network. She also consults government and state agencies on social business enterprise development.

Her background includes impactful roles in technology, such as Manager of eServices and Project Coordination at Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC), where she initiated the Gov 2.0 framework. Nurfarini holds a BSc in Accounting & Finance from the University of Warwick, UK, and is an alumna of the INSEAD Social Entrepreneurship Programme. Her work has earned her recognition, including being named among the TOP 100 Wiki Impact in 2022 and receiving the Social Innovation Leader Award in 2014.
