We are delighted to welcome you to a gathering of changemakers, innovators, and social business champions — united by one shared vision. To ensure a safe and seamless experience for everyone, we've outlined a few simple guidelines below. Your cooperation helps us make this day the best it can be for all attendees — thank you for taking a moment to read through them.

16th Social Business Day 2026
By registering for and attending the 16th Social Business Day 2026, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.


1. Ticket, ID Verification, and Registration
a. Validation: All attendees must present a printed or digital version of their official ticket at the designated entrance for validation. Registration for the event is considered complete only after full payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by the organizer.
b. Identification: Entry is permitted only to the registered ticket holder. A valid, original photo ID (National ID card or Passport) is required at check-in. Photocopies or digital scans of IDs will not be accepted. For attendees under 18 without a National ID, an original Birth Certificate is required.
c. Non-Transferability: Tickets are personal and non-transferable. Any attempt to resell or transfer tickets through unauthorized third parties will render the ticket void without a refund.
d. Information Accuracy: All information provided during registration (including the uploaded photo) must match the attendee’s physical identity and identity documents. Discrepancies will result in denied entry and forfeiture of the registration fee.
e. Non-refundable: Tickets are non-refundable. In the event of an unforeseen cancellation, we will provide further instructions regarding next steps.
f. Student Eligibility: To qualify for student registration, applicants must be no older than 25 years of age at the time of the event. Additionally, attendees must hold a valid student status at a recognized school, college, or university and may be required to present/submit a current student ID for registration/entry.

2. Entry, Security, and Prohibited Items
a. Security Clearance & Refunds: Entry is contingent upon security clearance.
b. Electronic Devices and Personal Belongings: To ensure a secure and focused environment, we kindly encourage guests to refrain from bringing laptops, power banks, smartwatches, lighters, large electronic devices, or large purses and bags into the main venue.
c. Mobile Phone Policy: The use of mobile phones may be restricted or prohibited in the main venue during specific sessions.
d. Prohibited Substances: Smoking, alcohol consumption, and the use of illegal substances are strictly forbidden. Violators will be removed immediately without a refund.
e. Outside Food: No outside food or beverages are permitted. Refreshments will be provided in designated areas.


3. Code of Conduct
a. Professionalism: Attendees must behave in a professional, respectful, and non-disruptive manner.
b. Removal Rights: The organizer reserves the right to deny entry or expel any individual engaging in harassment, disruptive behavior, or any action deemed inappropriate by the management.
c. Unauthorized Materials: The distribution or display of unauthorized promotional, political, or offensive materials is strictly prohibited.


4. Surveillance, Media, and Intellectual Property
a. Surveillance: The venue is under 24-hour CCTV surveillance for safety and security.
b. Media Consent: By attending, you consent to being filmed, photographed, and recorded. The organizer reserves the right to use this media for live broadcasts, social media, and future promotional materials.
c. Intellectual Property: All presentations, speeches, and materials shared during the event are the property of the organizers or respective speakers. Unauthorized professional recording or commercial use of event content is prohibited.


5. Health, Safety, and Liability
a. Personal Property: The organizer is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings, including items left in the storage area.
b. Personal Injury: Attendees participate at their own risk. The organizer is not responsible for any injury, illness, or medical emergency sustained during the event.
c. Force Majeure: In the event of natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen government restrictions, the organizer reserves the right to reschedule or relocate the event. The organizer shall not be liable for any travel or accommodation costs incurred by attendees.
d. Health and Safety Protocol: Participants are responsible for complying with all health, safety, and security instructions provided by event staff and venue authorities. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who appears to pose a risk to the safety, security, or well-being of other participants.
e. Emergencies: In case of emergency, attendees must follow instructions given by event staff, security personnel, or venue management.


6. Privacy and Data Protection
a. Data Usage: Personal data collected during registration will be handled in accordance with local privacy laws and used solely for security verification and event-related communication.


7. Parking and Accessibility
a. Parking: Limited parking is available at the Samajik Convention Centre on a first-come, first-served basis. The organizer does not guarantee parking availability.


8. Governing Law
a. Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of the host country. Any disputes shall be settled exclusively in the courts of the city where the event is hosted.


9. Amendments to T&Cs:
The organizer reserves the right to update these terms, and that the version published on the official website at the time of the event shall prevail.
